MANCHESTER UNITED are being taken to court by Belgian club Genk.
They face a hearing at the Court of Arbitration for Sport over the signing of Belgian wonderkid Indy Boonen, who has since joined Oostende without playing a first-team game for United.

Rivals City and Arsenal lost out as United snapped up Boonen, then 16, in 2015.
But this summer the winger, now 19, snubbed a new three-year contract because he wanted first-team football and returned to Belgium with KV Oostende on a free.
Neither United nor Genk would comment but CAS confirmed it was a dispute over the training compensation payable by United.

The case will be heard in Switzerland on October 12.
Earlier this year United’s academy chief Kieran McKenna rated Boonen as “one of the best finishers in the group” of teens coming through at Old Trafford.
Boss Jose Mourinho called him to train with the senior squad a few times.
But Boonen decided he would struggle to reach even the fringes of the first team.
